Jacinta McDonell is a catalyst for personal growth and a guide for individuals seeking to live a more authentic, purpose-driven life. With a deep understanding of the complexities of the human experience, Jacinta empowers others to navigate life intentionally and offers essential tools, practices, and insights derived from her own transformative journey.

Jacinta launched the US franchise, Anytime Fitness, into the Australian market in 2008, growing it to become Australia's number one health club chain before exiting in 2017.

In the years since, Jacinta has turned her entrepreneurial passion towards supporting others, sharing her journey through keynote speaking, leadership facilitation and coaching other founders. 

In a world that often pulls us away from our true selves, Jacinta cultivates self-awareness and clarity, helping individuals live in alignment with their purpose for a more fulfilling existence. With a rebellious spirit and the courage to challenge societal expectations, she empowers individuals to break free from limiting constraints and embrace their unique paths.

Jacinta is also a dedicated mother of 3, proud advocate of yoga and meditation, and a national board member of The Hunger Project, an organisation that funds life changing projects in Africa, India and Bangladesh.
